Pet Pwr Level?
well i'm a w/r right now trying to get my bear to hearty just like the ones posted here in the forums
so i was wondering if there are any preferred spots for pwr leveling your pet and any builds out there people are willing to share : D
i dont think "i" (w/r) can solo farm those trolls at droks or trolls in elona because even though pets gain exp while dead i wont be able to handle the trolls maybe
unless....... i can be super tank or something and evade every attack so i can spam..heal sig :| w/e
PLEASE help T_T

Since your primary is a warrior, you can try this build against the griffons at Augury Rock.

When my ranger picked up a new pet Dune Lizard, it was just level 5 - still can't believe I got rid of my level 13 wolf for an overgrown newt..."Newt" is its name btw
Anyway, I needed to quickly level up this new pet and so I tagged along with a guildie who was using the above 'All Warrior' build to farm griffons. He was farming and got his loot while I got my pet levelled up from Aggressive to Dire in a couple of hours.
So either try the above build or see if there is a farmer who'll let you tag along with them.

There's no need for apologies if you don't understand.
Yes, if your pet dies it will still get Xp and level up and evolve.
If you look after your pet by healing it (i.e. comfort animal) it will evolve to 'Playful' and then to 'Hearty'. This means your pet will have more health but less attack damage. If you don't heal your pet at all and just let it die, it evolves to 'Aggressive' and then to 'Dire'. They don't have as much health as the Hearty but will do a little more attack damage.
Since I was power levelling my new pet, I just let it died and so it evolved to Aggressive and then Dire.
If you want a Hearty pet then don't just let it die, give it lots of TLC and heal it afew times and keep it alive for as long as possible. I believe the amount of times you heal it will influence the direction of evolving.

Tests has been documented on this and it seems that the number of times your pet dies has little influence.
The point of healing your pet is to allow it to take more damage, the more damage it takes the more likely it'll become hearty.
